At that price, a fabulous value. They worked quite well and were effective for our CERT Team non-professional First Responders while directing all types of traffic.
The cones need to be pressed down so as not to fall off, but it's not something which can't be adjusted and certainly not a detriment to getting more if we need them.

Nice little flashlight for our church security needs. Traffic direction made easy with the attached red safety cone. For the price, can't beat it
